Custom Paintball Markers welcomes customers to trade in old, unused, or unwanted gear in exchange for store credit toward refurbished markers, custom builds, parts, and anything available on the Custom Paintball Markers website.

This program is designed to help you turn unused equipment into something new and Built For Battle.

All trade-ins are handled exclusively at the discretion of Custom Paintball Markers and are subject to inspection, approval, and completion of the official Trade-In Agreement Form.

• Contact us to submit a trade-in request
• Discuss item values and agree on pricing
• Custom Paintball Markers creates the official Trade-In Agreement Form
• Customer signs and returns the completed agreement
• Customer ships all trade-in items to Custom Paintball Markers (inbound shipping is covered by the customer)
• All items must be physically received and inspected before store credit is applied

💳 Store Credit Details

• Trade-in item(s) must be sent in and evaluated by Custom Paintball Markers before any store credit is applied
• Store credit is issued only after inspection and approval by a Custom Paintball Markers representative
• Customer is responsible for inbound shipping costs
• If a trade-in is declined or items are requested back, customer covers return shipping

• Store credit is issued only as a digital gift card — no cash will be provided
• Store credit is non-refundable
• The digital gift card is valid for anything on the Custom Paintball Markers website, including products and shipping

• Store credit reflects the agreed trade-in value, not retail/new pricing (minor exceptions may apply depending on the item)
• All trade-in values are negotiated and agreed upon before shipping
• Trade-in value cannot be increased after shipping
• Final store credit amount is confirmed after inspection

• If your purchase total exceeds available store credit, the remaining balance must be paid by the customer

• Used items cannot be valued at the original purchase price or full retail value and are treated as pre-owned equipment
• Truly new items may qualify for higher offers and must be brand new, never used, never fired, and free of wear or scuffs
• Items showing signs of use are valued as used
• Untested items are treated as broken
