Terms and Conditions Follows

This Trade-In Program Terms and Conditions Agreement governs all trade-in transactions with Custom Paintball Markers. By submitting items for trade-in, the customer agrees to all terms outlined below.

1. Program Overview

• The Custom Paintball Markers Trade-In Program allows customers to exchange old, unused, or unwanted paintball gear for store credit.
• Store credit can be applied toward refurbished markers, custom builds, parts, accessories, and any products available on the Custom Paintball Markers website.
• Participation in the program is voluntary.
• All trade-in transactions are handled exclusively at the discretion of Custom Paintball Markers.
• All trade-ins must follow the process outlined below and must be documented through the official Trade-In Agreement Form.

2. Trade-In Process

• Customer completes the Trade-In Form and fills out all required input fields describing the item(s) being submitted.
• The estimated value of the item(s) is discussed and negotiated between the customer and Custom Paintball Markers.
• Custom Paintball Markers creates the official Trade-In Agreement Form based on the negotiated value and submitted item information.
• The customer reviews, signs, and returns the completed Trade-In Agreement Form.
• The customer ships the agreed trade-in item(s) to Custom Paintball Markers.
• All items are physically received and inspected by Custom Paintball Markers.
• If the item(s) and their condition match the details listed in the Trade-In Agreement Form, store credit will be issued.
• Store credit is issued only after inspection and approval by Custom Paintball Markers.

3. Shipping Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for all inbound shipping costs when sending trade-in items to Custom Paintball Markers.
• Customers must package items securely to prevent damage during shipping.
• If a trade-in is declined or the customer requests their items back, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Custom Paintball Markers is not responsible for items lost or damaged during inbound shipping.

4. Inspection and Verification

• All trade-in items must be physically received and inspected before store credit can be issued.
• Inspection verifies the condition of the item(s).
• Inspection verifies functionality when applicable.
• Inspection verifies that the items match the description provided in the Trade-In Agreement Form.
• Inspection verifies completeness of included parts and accessories.
• If the item arrives in a condition significantly different than described, Custom Paintball Markers reserves the right to adjust the trade-in value or decline the trade-in.

5. Store Credit Terms

• Store credit is issued only after items are inspected and approved by Custom Paintball Markers.
• Store credit is issued as a digital gift card.
• Store credit is non-refundable.
• Store credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Store credit may be used for any product on the Custom Paintball Markers website, including shipping costs.
• If a purchase exceeds the available store credit balance, the customer must pay the remaining balance.

6. Trade-In Value and Pricing

• Trade-in values are negotiated and agreed upon before items are shipped.
• Trade-in value reflects used market value, not original purchase price or retail value.
• Trade-in offers may vary depending on item condition.
• Trade-in offers may vary depending on current online market value and demand.
• Items showing signs of use are valued as used equipment.
• Items that cannot be tested or verified may be treated as non-functional for valuation purposes.
• Trade-in value cannot be increased after items have been shipped.
• Final store credit amounts are confirmed only after inspection.

7. Declined Trade-Ins

• Custom Paintball Markers reserves the right to decline any trade-in.
• If a trade-in is declined, the customer may request the item be returned at their expense.
• If return shipping is not paid within a reasonable timeframe, Custom Paintball Markers reserves the right to dispose of or repurpose the item.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Custom Paintball Markers is not responsible for shipping delays.
• Custom Paintball Markers is not responsible for damage during inbound shipping.
• Custom Paintball Markers is not responsible for improper packaging by the customer.
• Customers are encouraged to insure shipments when shipping higher-value items.

9. Agreement

• By completing the Trade-In Form, signing the Trade-In Agreement Form, and submitting items for trade-in, the customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
