Custom Paintball Markers — Shipping Policy

We offer shipping within the United States ONLY.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing & Handling

Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days unless otherwise noted.

Processing time may vary due to:

  • Order volume

  • Custom builds

  • Weather or carrier delays

Tracking will be provided whenever available.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Orders shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect customer information are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Shipping Insurance

All packages are insured.

Insurance coverage applies only when:

  • Damage or loss occurs during carrier transit

  • Required photos and documentation are provided

If insurance applies, any refund — whether partial or full — is always determined by Custom Paintball Markers.

Custom Paintball Markers does not guarantee that a refund will be issued.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or returned as undeliverable:

  • Additional reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • The original order remains non-refundable

Required Photos and Documentation

Insurance coverage requires clear proof of damage or loss.

Customers must provide:

  • Photos of the outside of the shipping box showing visible damage

  • Photos of the shipping label

  • Photos of the damaged areas of the box (multiple angles)

  • Multiple photos of the damaged item(s)

Multiple photos are required.

If photos or documentation are not provided, the order is not eligible for any refund or insurance claim (partial or full).
